Party For The People is an organization for Democratic party reform. We are an interactive, grassroots movement informed by our people’s thoughts and ideas. Where others tear down, we build and where others are stagnant, we adapt.

Our Story
Who we are… and are not
We started as an idea for a straightforward way to gather people and share causes and solutions we care about, regardless of what background they come from or the propaganda surrounding them.
Not everyone is going to agree on everything but we know the average American person has much more in common with each other, rather than the corrupt billionaires and politicians siphoning off our resources and dividing us.
We also live in the reality of a two-party system for now, and feel the best way forward is to create a large enough movement for true Democratic party reform just as Maga was able to do within the Republican party.
As mentioned, we are not a new political party and we are not trying to be. We are also not a middle-ground, change nothing organization, hoping for the return to status-quo wealth disparity and unchecked corporate power.
We are a coalition for change-makers and status-breakers to try and think through problems for common people. Our aim is to unite people from different backgrounds who understand change is needed - both in creating a less corrupt government and one that works For The People.
Insight Into Current Party Positioning
As The Chart Shows…
We need to stop viewing things as left and right, and turn it vertically. Sometimes there is a nuanced discussion to be had - but we cannot even begin that discussion while establishment parties only work for the corrupt elites.
The chart illustrates the illusion of choice we have been given for years and provides insight into how we can re-wire our thinking to see party, issues, and strategy from a people perspective. You may think the vertical axis is not to scale but it is estimated the top 2% of people in America control around 50% of the country’s wealth (latest statica report).
With the Republican party taken over by Maga lining the pockets of the wealthy, protecting felons, and stripping away people’s rights, and the Democratic party being more interested in fighting for big corporations - the solution cannot be to turn again to the failed traditional party leadership. There is an opportunity to reform and rebuild the party around the actual ideals of people-first solutions. Now is the time to develop that strategy to promote change. Party leadership has shifted, morphed, and rendered people voiceless. It’s now time to fight for a better party.
Our Mission
We are focused on creating viable, long-term strategies for a reformed Democratic party that reflects working people solutions from all backgrounds. Because right now, there is no representation for any of us.
We do not care where solutions come from, only that they help the people and not the corrupt elite class. In our causes for example…
Democrats might say: “We need to attack the extreme wealth gap divide that is pushing the middle class out.”
Libertarians/Conservatives might say: “Government should not be limiting personal medical freedoms. We must also start addressing the national debt, either by cuts to our biggest spending or increasing revenue.”
Magas might say: “When it comes to foreign policy and spend, we need America First, no new wars, and to create a real non-interventionist foreign policy stance.”
Progressives might say: “ Healthcare should be a right for all people in the richest country in the history of the world.”
All of these are viable solutions going forward For The People, regardless of made up party direction.
One More Thing…
Our mission is not focused on holding traditional protests. But to be clear, protests are needed right now to stop the current slide into fascism. There is no doubt Maga continues to make dangerous moves in the executive, judicial, and legislative branches, endangering the future of the US. There are amazing organizers that frankly do it much better than we ever could - we have linked some around our site.
We are looking farther ahead to the strategy and the re-build afterwards to not only keep this country together, but strengthen it moving forward..
The Hands Of A Symbolic Nature
The Hands of The People represent unity, with a left and right hand coming together and stacked in a manner where horizontal direction becomes meaningless. Open palms showcase both an offer to help and an ask for support - each ringing true in the present. More literally, they show ten points, indicating a simple, core strategy that you count on with both hands.
